Cesar Gandara, BBA

Cesar is the Practice Manager for Starr Sports. Cesar brings over 15 years of healthcare experience ranging from Office Management, Human Resources and Accounting. He assists in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures; managing and oversees the administration of HR policies, programs and practices. Cesar is a native New Yorker where he attended Hofstra University in Long Island and completed his Bachelors in Business Administration specializing in the field of Business Management. In his spare time he enjoys biking, traveling and playing recreational baseball/basketball.
